We had a fantastic stay at the " Charming City Centre Apartment". Great central location, clean flat, very comfortable bed, and very quiet bedroom. Flat was well equipped (new flat screen TV, pots and pans, tea..) and very comfortable. Lots of nice little Cafes and restaurants in the area, not as touristy as around the castle, it felt like the real Edinburgh. Loved the apartment was in a great location really easy to get to from the airport bus 100.It had all you could need for a comfortable stay you can cook there all utensils even a washing machineThe place was quite very comfy a home away from home.Will definitely be back great indian round the corner Mumbai Mansion and a great litlle cafe Milk round the opposite corner towars the premier inn.Loved the decor great find.
The apartment was very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. It is a bit of walk from Royal Mile and Princes Street, but it is only a £5 cab ride away if you are in a rush. Even though there was no staff standing by, the management was very responsive via email for anything you need help with.
Very comfortable, clean and well equipped, everything you need for a city break. Short walk into town, some good bars (some a bit dubious) and restaurants close by and just minutes from Haymarket train station. Nice little place in all. Would recommend for couples.
The apartment is immaculate and has everything you need for a short
break away. The bed is very comfortable and it is in a quiet location.
The owners are wonderful and nothing is too much bother. The Thai
restUrant next door is fabulous by the way- an extra bonus!.

Location is great - close to the main shopping and leisure district and an easy walk from the train station. Washer/dryer in the kitchen was a fabulous extra!.
Despite the problems that arise, the owners did everything to solve them. I highly recommend it! The interior and equipment of the apartment is perfect.

Maybe get some mugs for the flat only a personal preference.Maybe provie more towels/loo paper.

A little noisy as although windows appeared quite new soundproofing not great , and quite noisy at night as a few bars surrounding flat.
The outside and stairs leading up to the apartment (no lifts for those with luggage) look quite yucky so it doesn't have a good first impression. Once you step inside the apartment there is a great sense of relief as it's beautiful and clean and airy.
We missed butter or oil to cook a real meal.

Like some of the other reviewers the first impression upon arrival is not super. Diana's pool hall in front and its visitors as well as the entrance/hall/stairway of the apartment look a bit run-down. However, that's just the first impression. Later-on we felt quite at ease and the neighbourhood is very OK.
Kitchen and bathroom were very small and smoke alarm in kitchen went off every time we tried to cook anything.
The entrance is very run down. I'd day this is a great place for a value for money pit stop but not for a romantic weekend.
Top floor, no lift. No hot water from tap in bathroom!.
