The main house is gorgeous, the views beautiful and the historical remains of Denbigh castle and Robert Dudley's cathedral fascinating.

  closeness to all the NT places we wanted to visit - also the breakfasts were very good, well cooked and plenty of it, although not a great choice of cereals/fruit/yoghurt etc which we are used to having in other hotels and B and B's - Staff were exceptionally helpful.
