  Very relaxed owners, clean rooms. We also had use of a large lounge and conservatory if we wanted it which was helpful for us as a group of friends. Its not too far from the A1 / M62 but far from civilisation, which for us wasn't an issue. Oh and the shower was lovely and powerful! If all you want is a bed to sleep in for the night. It is excellent. Nice to have tea making facilities in the room. We brought a travel cot for our infant (single bed and not cot provided) and there was space in the room for a travel cot.
