O que as pessoas dizem
Contrary to other opinions I felt that the Regency Guesthouse was ideal for our stay. Clean, situated between the train station and the city centre, opposite the park and next to the pub. Yes, you need to let yourself in with a code but this is emailed to you in big, bold digits. There is a free map provided next to the keys which are on a table near the door when you arrive. Breakfast was really good. I'm glad we weren't turned off by the other reviews and had decided to stay at the Regency. todos opiniões »
My room was small (I did book a single room, so this was no surprise), but well organised. There was a share bathroom (between three rooms), but also a basin in my room. I loved the window, which had a large ledge - easily enough room to sit on. Loved the pillows!! And new mattresses coming in will make the beds even more comfy.
Location Room No 9 was excellent, wouldn't stay up the narrow stairs
without a porter. Not bad value for money Really nice breakfast served
by a good sort.
The view was nice, facing a park. And it uses self-check-in, really interesting method.
Location and ease of booking, with very helpful staff immediately accessible by phone.
The ease of getting in. Breakfast was very good. Staff very friendly.
On the route from train sta. to heart of Cambridge.
It was near to the city centre.
Nice staff, neat rooms.
very good!!!.
location.
The location was great and staying at the guest house was easy. Staff was responsive to requests (even though there was a delay, since there isn't 24 hour staff).
In a very good position, near the way of the resturants and at 5 minuts
to the center.
the croissant for breakfast was really nice. the bead was comfortable. good location.
+Perfect location, close to the city. +Lovely view over parker's
piece. +Comfy bed.
city centre, good traffic, close to bus station.

Location
Set up would be great if just a bit more love given to keep it in good condition and make guests feel more welcomed.
Location.
I couldn't get hold of anyone on the phone in advance so perhaps it would have been better to email. Great place but a bit expensive which was perhaps due to location.
Backed onto a pub, so there was noise from that - but that didn't worry me, as I was out most of the night! If you want a quiet room, ask for one that overlooks Parkers Piece. I always wish beds have a top sheet, not just a quilt.
Parking is an issue everywhere, you should have a relationship with
carpark providers. I had to pay 20 pounds for an overnight stay of 15
hours at the pool car park. Add that to accommodation ??? Advice on
eating out was extremely poor. Told to avoid Regent street and to go to
area across the park to shopping area. She mustn't eat out much.
The location was not very safe.
shared bathroom.
The top floor was in the end excellent for me on my own. However it would b good to tell others staying to close doors quietly! Also disappointingly the blinds didnot work so was woken at 5am to broad daylight!!.
When we got yhere the pin i was given didn,t work.
The check out time was too early, earlier than most hotels I've been to anyway.
a little noisy in the evening, but at night, it became quiet.
draught from windows.
Visitors should know that there is no lift or elevator. Not a problem for me, but might be an unpleasant surprise for others.
Bathroom not in room.
the bed sheet wasn't really clean, I was struggling to shut the wood window-binds. there was a big bee in my room.
-Did not see a single member of staff during my stay. My key was left on
a table for me to pick up and leave there when I left. Very weird! -The
front door required I code entry which should have been emailed to me
but wasn'T. Hassle! -Sink in room was blocked - no staff anywhere to
report this to.
some insects, like Ladybugs, in my room.
Absence of any staff from 1.00 pm.
being on the top floor and sharing a bathroom on the floor below!.
Not very well kept up- light bulbs in hall not working, broken blind. Felt there could be more care taken.
Staff hardly there- only saw someone briefly once.
Breakfast time very limited 8-9.
Not bad price but if you want to park your car you have to use the car
park a few minutes walk away.. Price from Saturday lunchtime to Sunday
morning nearly £20 so at £85 you may well find better accommodation with
parking.. Also I hate shared bathrooms and even more when you have to go
down a flight of stars to get to either.. Wouldn't stay again.
