  It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.   Staff, very friendly and welcoming. Lounge area had large open fire, nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent, cooked to order, high quality produce used, I particularly liked the field mushrooms. - Staff were very committed to making our stay a very welcoming one, would stay there again.
