Good location, only 10 minute walk to the market square. We had fresh
towels and the bin changed every day and the staff were really helpful
in organizing taxi transfers. The apartment was very spacious and was a
lot better than what we expected because of the price we paid for it!

We had a wonderful experience here! We are English speaking, and we were always able to communicate with the staff with no issues. We have just returned from a four night stay at the Liv'Inn Aparthotel.
We were not dissapointed.
The staff could not be more charming and helpful and were always willing to assist with any queries or request with a smile.
The breakfast area was modern, clean.
The buffet breakfast is very good and gives a wide choice of cereals, cold meats and a hot choice as well.
The rest of the staff all appeared to do their jobs efficently.

It was a great apartment - nice, traditional decor, very clean, 2 double beds and 2 double sofa beds, nice bathroom. Our trip to Poland was made all the more enjoyable by our visit to
Krakow and our stay in this apartment. It offers comfort, views and a

were great to deal with - very friendly and approachable and very

Everything about the apartments. Very handy for the centre of Krakow.
The kitchenette area came with a coffee pod and coffee. Washing up
liquid and cleaning sponge. The only thing missing was a tea towel!
Kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery together with a two
ringed hob. Lovely warm bathroom with bathrobes & slippers provided.

We loved the location of the apartments which one minute from Krakow's main square. The accomodation was very modern, well designed with comfortable beds, excellent shower/toilet facilities and a well equipped kitchen area. Security in the building and within the apartments was also very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising trips. I would recommend Bracka 6 to other travellers without reservation.

Everything was great. The apartment is close to the city centre. The owner is friendly and helpful, also flexible :)

Great location, you can walk along the river to the castle and then into town really easily. Staff are excellent and all speak English. We organised airport transfers and a transfer to Auschwitz with "Krakow Shuttles" over the web, and it was a piece of cake; very reliable.

We had rented a car and did not have any clue where we would park it.
The desk clerk was so happy to assist us. He gave us the last space in
the back of the hotel at 2100. The desk clerks were all very friendly
and let us leave our bags for about 8 hours. They even found a camera
charger that I had left in the room. The clerks were just fantastic

Staff was very friendly and helpful and spole English.Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was good for tourist since it was near Old Town. Parking was behind the hotel and very accessible if you needed to use your car. Overall nice, convenient place to stay in Krakow to be near the tourist sites.

The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

I liked the location which was just below the Castle at the edge of teh
old town. We had the Wavel tram stop just next to us whihc ran both
into town , around it and into Kazimierz as well as furhter afield such
as the Bohotara Ghetto. The large rooms were great, especially int eh
heat. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable and we had clean
sheets daily. The building is lovely. Had we required it, there was
also the very good value Pod Wavelem restaurant on site. The reception
