Single bed extremely cosy with luxurious mattress topper for added comfort. Staff lovely, I didn't pay my bill initially and had to return to hotel to do so. Had a large room with amazing views of the mountains, water and ships. If you were disabled, the rooms too would have been easy to navigate, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were friendly and capable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

  Truly baby-friendly hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Centrally located in the city - easy access to the quayside and town. Rooms are excellent. Some of the ones on the top floor have a good view over the fjord. Good library for the avid reader - including English books, a rarity in Norwegian hotels.
