  The staff was really nice. meals are ok, with breakfast in dining room and private dinner in your own room. Location a bit far from JR station but right in the center of shopping street so it's quite convenient once you get there. - Not too far from station and a short walk you could see many shops. Very convinient.

  The staff were extremely friendly and spoke excellent English; they went out of their way to not only make sure we were comfortable and knew our way around the local area, but also called to make car rental reservations for us. The shared toilets, showers, and sinks/mirrors were also ver - The full kitchen and dormitory-like atmosphere. It is very clean and has showers and bathrooms, you should bring your own towel and dental hygiene products but they have soap and shampoo.   The owner had his own dyeing classes and it was a very unique experience doing my own dye patterns on the shirt with hot wax. The hostel was really uniquely japanese, clean and what greeted me at the doorway were the dolls on display for the hinamatsuri and gold fishes in unique tanks that were so intricate and lovely. Good internet connections, also computers available for free in a magnificent tv room.

  My stay was for 1 night, but the level of service wanted me to stay for more nights. Room was very clean, neat and tidy. Very spacious for a single room. I would recommend Hotel N - The staff is really nice and helpfull. The rooms are quite good, and not small. The brakfast is excellent. The decoration and the quietness of the hotel is very good, it is quite close to the international airport and very close to central train station. My wife and myself did enjoy very much. - Rooms were clean & nice; fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel. Hotel is very central and in easy walking distance to the main train station - only 3 - 5 mins. From this station you can take the subway to anywhere including the airport (only a 5 minute trip) and also can get the Shinkansen.

  The hotel is nicely decorated and is quite spacious. All stuff here are super friendly and helpful. The receptionist could speak English and Chinese as well. He took a very good care of us. Very impressed. If you want to enjoy yourself in a nice and quiet small town, this is the hotel you should book. Not too many fancy and high-tech stuff, but ... o que as pessoas dizem » warm in deed. You could borrow bikes from the hotel and explore the small town yourself. - Sozankyo is a well-maintained ryokan -style accommodation that is ideal for Aso. It is located in a small town about 10 minute bus ride from Aso JR station. There is nothing much to say about the small town, but it is nice and cozy (i.e. don't expect any colorful night life here). The onsen is very nice and clean.
