Convenient key card system. Two entrances, one from inside the station and one at the bottom floor on street level where there is a convenience store next door. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the center of the city and if you want to go to the port area (also kind of within walking distance @ 2.5km) it's just one short train stop away. Very clean and well isolated rooms.

Obviously the view of Sakurajima is stunning especially as it was erupting when we were there. However, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are both friendly and helpful, the facilities are good and the value for money is excellent -

The hotel room is simple but clean. The hot spring at the rooftop is the highlight of this hotel. You should try this for sure. It is a very good experience.
Price is cheap and it located in the centre of the city, so you can get to anywhere easily. The airport shuttle stop right in front of the hotel which is so convenience as well.Wifi reception is good. I will recommend this hotel to my friends

worry where to buy or rush to buy. Only 5 min walk to take airport
limousine. Convenient Store right next to Hotel makes it so wonderfully

That was my best experience so far in a hotel , the staff is just amazing , always smiling , helping .my single room was more than what I wanted , cleaned everyday. Wifi under request in your room .printer computer and Internet free of charge in the lobby ....
