The hotel has a perfect location with great view. I think it should be refurbished because the rooms look like from the 80s but it's very clean ( great and very nice cleaning personnel).It's very close to the center Tigaki which is actually one street with restaurants. In my opinion this hotel has the best location of all hotels in Tigaki. -

We stayed at Akti Dimis several years running up until about four years ago and were worried that it may have changed . . . . it hasn't - it's still fantastic and it was like coming home.

We found the staff friendly,they showed us two rooms to choose from when we arrived, breakfast was plentiful,full breakfast with a choice of indoor and outdoor seating.Parking was available infront of the hotel and there is a huge supermarket across the road. Short walking distance to Tigaki beach and the location was very handy to the local town
