Very attractive hotel/apartment block located midway between town and the beach, so quiet and yet convenient. Nice pool (though surprisingly cold after a long, hot summer) and outdoor breakfast/lunch area. Staff very friendly and helpful - they even upgraded us to a 2 bed apartment overlooking the pool at no extra cost - because it was available!

Socrates is a lovely hotel. Very friendly owners, Eva and George.
Absolutely perfect pool area, with comfortable sunbeds and a wonderful
garden. We got clean towels every day and the room was perfectly
cleaned. It was about 200 m to the bus stop (32) to Hersonissos and to
the beach 200-250 M. The hotel is perfectly situated in the countryside
quiet yet central. I would definitely go back. And the transfer service

Nice resort, very comfortable with children, many different pools, beaches, playgrounds, activities for kids. Friendly staff, nice gardens. Water park next to the resort was good. -

The hotel is nested in wonderful garden. Do not hesitate to choose the rooms with small garden in front, it is perfect for kids. Hotel provides enjoyable food in all inclusive programs only but even after ten days there was still chance to discover new tastes. I would definitely recommend hotel for families with small kids. Very nice location for people who'd like to stay aside of noisy centres. Just 10 minutes walk to Stalida downtown where you can find a lot of restaurants, shops, car rent, etc. The staff is very friendly, location is excellent with all rooms looking to the sea. There is a pier just 20 mtrs from your room where you can swim. Public beach is just 10 minutes by walk and it's true. Just 15 minutes by car you'll go to mountain village Mochos, where you'll find cousin tavern Aidos which I highly rec
