The innkeepers are really nice, they prepared local transport information for us. The room was very cozy and was cleaned every day during our stay. Breakfast was delicious with fresh coffee and egg. Each of two bus stops is about 3 to 5 minutes away, even walking distance to the Berchtesgaden HBF is just about 15 minutes. -

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate the guest. Breakfast was very nice. The hiking trails started on their property and the scenery of the Bavarian alps was spectacular. Would definitely stay there again. -

Haus Schwalbennest feels more like an BnB than a hotel. The family that owns the hotel are wonderful people. Couple the amazing traditional German style hotel experience with incredible views of the surrounding area like Lake Konigsee and you have a phenomenal opportunity to experience Germany at it's best.
