  Everything. I've finally found the ultimate hotel in that region. That was the second time I stayed in the hotel and (if it's not full) I will stay there again.   My wife and I stayed in the Hotel- Gästehaus Maria Theresia for 3 nights and we'll definitely return. This is a family owned hotel - the Schutz's who are the most welcoming people that gave us many useful tips, There are many hiking trails of all levels and you can start your hiking from the hotel. The hotel is an older building, but has updated bathrooms and warm, comfortable rooms, most with balconies. The decor is old Bavarian and very interesting to peruse. Breakfast was luxurious and varied. The hotel is not close to Lake Schliersee, but is a short drive away.

  Schliersee is a picture post card village. The host was very helpful offering us even to drop us in the railway station in her car when it was raining. The room is a large hall with two double beds. Breakfast was good and the staff helpful. There was constant hot water but no kitchenette in the apartment.
