  I made a simple request to have a small refrigerator and we found ourselves in the room I had chosen online. Not only was my request honored but there was a beautiful kitchenette, fully stocked to cook, a living room and 2 lovely bedrooms. The staff were professional and also personable and the owners were a lovely couple who run a 'tight ship'. I stayed here and felt - The best family you could ever meet. Lovely , charming, hospitable, they will make you feel at home. I guarantee it. The location of hotel Berlin is fantastic. It is in an exclusive area in Rottach, and just a walk away from lake Tegern. You will love this place.

The entire reservation was handled professionally and efficiently and we were delighted with the room, menu and decor. The hotel is beautiful, with the most fantastic view of the lake.
