Comfortable, nicely appointed room. Wonderful trout dinner. Included breakfast featured obviously locally sourced cheeses and meats. We wanted to take a walk after arrival and were directed to a path through the high meadows across the street and leading to a wonderful view of the local church-monastery. With more time we would explore the local trails which seemed to be very well marked in all directions.

Close to the road but not a problem for sleeping as traffic virtually stops after 10 pm. We used this as a base of operations for a fundamentally business trip in Basel. It was pretty far off the main highway for that purpose, but in sum worth the effort.

The quality of the food was fantastic, we eat Truches which is their speciallity and we were very satisfied with our selection, so we do recommend this to future travellers

Rather too close to a noisy road. Best ask for a room at the back Wi-fi connection was poor
