This group house is in the village of Kalterherberg. It is a 10 minute drive from the picturesque town of Monschau. Lake Butgenbach is equally close. The lake is scenic and is used for recreation. The house has been completely renovated and is tastefully furnished in a modern style. The holiday home consists of 3 apartments. one of which is occupied by the owners. and the others are let. This large apartment occupies the whole of the ground floor. There is a large lawn of around 6.500 m2 at the back of the house. The grounds are adjacent to many walking and mountain bike routes. Kalterherberg is near the Belgian border. It is in the heart of Hoge Venen National Park which is part of the Eifel region. The cities of Malmedy and Aachen are well worth a visit. This way you can enjoy a taste of Germany and Belgium.
