The Pension Ludwigshafen is the budget alternative to more expensive hotels/pensions in the city center of Ludwigshafen and Mannheim (taking into account the general lack of hotel rooms in that area, the price was okay). The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean but spartan. The bathroom was clean and had been renovated recently.
