Very nice staff; great view over the city. english spoken, good looking, fast.Rate. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. The young lady in the bar was very talkative and had a great sense of humour.Staff were friendly and tried to accomodate guests, it is always nice to be met by friendly and smiling staff. The hotel was one train away from the main station appr. 20-30 mins. The price/service ratio was high, since the hotel was reasonable compared to the other hotels in Mannheim. But dont expect too much from the hotel.todos opiniões »
Its quite. Some things (e.g., balcony, stairs outside of the hotel) should be renovated. No shuttle service from terminal 1 makes it difficult to get there astaxis are not happy to go there unless you tip them well... There was nothing I did not like but I think the next time to renovate you could easily and inexpensively improve the the decor to appear to be a little more upmarket. The decor gives a clear "economy" message and I would struggle to recommend to those of my colleagues who would happily pay more for a better room.Location for me, I was havinbg to travel to Mannheim everyday, and Die Bahn and trams were difficult to manage. Ludvigshafen hauptbahnhof was very badly serviced, regarding no ticket deks, noone to ask questions, not even a main electronic board showing next trains etc. Alwayus had to look up the yellow poster, and go from there. The Tram (U Bahn)system was very badly signed. And it was dirty!. Wi-fi connection is not strong or not available for the rooms down the hall.I am English speaking so if they could English speaking TV channels. It was a hovel.A Siberian hut would have been the lap of luxury by comparison.
