It is second time we are at Hafen Residenz, and every thing is perfect. It is a brand new building and everything is clean and in good quality. The view over the small harbour and waterfront is nice. Perfect appartment. Everything clean and new/fresh. Close to the harbour. Problems with the electric installation. But Dana (The contact woman), was very fast to give us another appartment. Very good service.
