Very friendly and helpful staff - Excellent central location. Quiet rooms overlooking the inner courtyard; these were requested and supplied. Free internet use was a bonus. Nice bar and restaurant, although our use of these was minimal.

The location is really easy to find. We travelled by train and it's
located about 10 to 15 minutes from Trier HBf. It is really close to the
city and other tourists attractions. The staff was super friendly and
made us feel at home since we arrived. We read a few negative reviews

A free drink at the bar was offered after check-in, which was a nice touch.
The location is close (5 mins walk) to the old city centre, yet easy to unload bags/check-in as there is a reserved bay in front of the hotel. Private covered parking is available a 2 min walk away (4.70 euros per night), the WiFi worked fine on my visit.

The room was an apartment, and gave us a lot of room to spread out. Close to all major attractions and bus lines. The breakfast was the best that we had in our three weeks in Germany. Our room was fabulous and very clean. It had a nice shower and a bathtub(!), plus a hair drier and magnifying mirror for makeup. The room and bath had many shelves and towel rods for laying your stuff out and staying organized. Bed very comfortable. Pay for the parking behind hotel. Hotel staff very nice and helpful.
