Staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was great. We ate in the restaurant and the food and service was very nice. We got to Kiel late at night and it was great being able to walk across the road to the Hotel and then the next day we walked down to catch our ferry to Norway - great location. Location in front of train station, Kielius airport bus station, shopping mall and shopping mile is more than excellent.
Hotel is very clean and comfortable.Rooms are modern,spacious and have tea and coffee facilities.Bathroom is comfortable.Free Wifi all over the hotel.Breakfast buffet is very good.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.The panoramic view to the water was very relaxing.
I loved my stay there.
