Family Owned and Operated. Friendly, personal service. Nice complimentary breakfast. Nice atmosphere, good service, very good staff and food was excellent. Clean bathroom. Could hear absolutely everything who was going on in the next room!. I did't felt welcome. The owner received us coldly because we arrived few minutes before 22, the hour that is specified in "Policies of hotel". He said "here in Germany, we call if arrive after 6 pm". May be true, but we traveled from London, and we rushed to arrive before 22. In the room was chilly (16-17 C) and when I asked for a heater he said "here in Germany is normal to sleep at this temperature. ???!!! For me is not normal! The internet was not working The carpet was not very clean.
