Everything is brandnew and proper. Our room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was rich and had a huge selection of teas and a great coffee/capucchino machine. The receptionist was very helpful on the phone (made our late night check-in easy going) and staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. Free parking, even though the site is still under construction, was very welcomed. I would definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful!!! Our rooms were spotless and very comfortable! The breakfast was great. They had vending machines in the lobby that were stocked with yummy items. It was a great place to stay. Great room, air conditioning worked wonderfully (it was very hot outside so it was wonderful to come back to a cool room). Really clean & a nice sized shower. Breakfast was good & worth the price. Easy walk into the downtown & not all that far from the castle & park. The hotel was basic, cut and dry, no-frills. Beds, shower, tv, and air. Clean and modern from the lobby, to the rooms. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy, but the building itself was secure. No complaints for the price, and location is right in the center of the city. The best thing about this hotel is that the place is almost new, so the decoration and cleanliness is perfect. We booked a triple room and it's was perfect and comfortable. Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. Good breakfast selection. Close to town with car. Lots of free parking spaces available. Private parking avaiable and tram station to town very close to the hotel. good quality/price good location, near the highway. In the city, close to local attractions. Functional, quiet, good breakfast. The hotel was new and very clean with comfortable beds. Broad and interesting view from our window. Nice hotel. New. Comfortable pillows :). That at 10:00 am the cleaning lady enters the room without knocking the door and doesn't even apologise! They need to be trained. Upon arrival, the reception window was closed. Check in was still simple, but for a family in the area for sight seeing, it would've been nice to speak with a local, for information. The bad thing is that Kassel, the city, is not beautiful at all. Rooms near the corridor entrance can be noisy from the doors. Hard to find because the address was not correctly recognised by our TomTom. The hotel is soulless. The digital entry and prepayment system is confronting with only occasional receptionist presence after entry. Added cost for a very average breakfast. "Seven easy steps" for internet Wifi connection failed on all three attempts. As for such Breakfast - too high price (no warm food). Bad quality of wi-fi.
