  The Staff were terrific. They had great touring tips and treated us like family. We arrived 2 hours after the desk had closed and one of the staff stayed on-duty to help us get to our room. The restaurant was good and the breakfast was light, but wonderful.   Highly recommend this place if going to Schwangau. Very clean, friendly staff, great atmosphere with views of the castles. Tons of bikes to use, which I recommend using, for a ride around the lake. - Extremely helpful staff. Very friendly and with good English. Plus some of the rooms have amazing views of the castles and they are breath taking!
