The staff were as you would expect for one of the leading hotels of the world. The knew me by name and i was welcomed and looked after at every turn. my room was comfortable and spacious everyhing was luxurious and special. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and met all our needs. The heated bathroom floor and fluffy towels were excellent. -

The view is wonderful overseeing the harbour! The room is as well as high-tech and comfort. We were having fun in those high-tech buttoms close/open the window blades and turn on/off the lights. As an apartment, the facilities are very complete but simple. The last but not the least, the location is perfect in 15-minute walking distance to Reeperb

This was first time having a Suite. I felt like having my first compartment this time 60 m2 with a full kitchen, dining table, sofa set and a panorama view over Elbe river and the harbour. I bought some food nearby and wine and had a nice party with my friends in the evening.
It really pays of to have a suite not all needs to have it but with this resource you can make something very good with your business friends.

Very clean,new wooden floor, new beds, new bathroom. Good silent situation on the side road. Drinks, coffee and tea available any time for a very reasonable price. Private parking free in the carage. Very friendly personal.
