The bright, recently renovated rooms at the Pension Destille feature a TV and modern bathroom. Some include a sun terrace. The popular restaurant at the Destille serves a fine selection of Mediterranean and regional specialities, and a buffet breakfast every morning. Food is also served outside on the terrace or in guests’ rooms. Görlitz Town Hall and the historic Kaufhaus am Demianiplatz shopping centre are a 5-minute walk from Pension Destille. The Polish border is just 10 minutes away on foot.

The location and the ambiance of Pension Destille were perfect. The hotel restaurant could not have been better. staff was super friendly and very helpful; restaurant was very good and served a great dinner and breakfast. The room was very tidy and spacious the central location. Breakfast is not served until 8:30 and the day we were leaving there was no staff member available to pay for the room until 8:30. Since we had to depart before then we had to leave money in the room and leave the front door open since the overnight door does not automatically lock! We thought this was rather strange (the 8:30) for a hotel. If you have to be on the road early I would not stay at Pension Destille because of this!.
