The hotel was very charming with all of its old German decor. The staff was very helpful, even though we didn't speak German. We had a lovely private room with a balcony on the 4th floor, just as we requested. The hearty breakfasts got us off to a good start each day. We only had one room key which meant that when I wanted to go out while my wife stayed in to rest, I had to either lock her in (not safe) or leave her in an unlocked room (also not safe). I had to take the key with me because it was needed to get into the hotel.
