  Lovely, very quiet hotel with the nicest European hotel rooms we've seen yet! No children were there when we were which made it even more quiet and romantic. The location is perfect for walking Bamberg. The underground parking was very nice since there's little street parking. It was very easy to walk to the sights and the Christmas Market. A plus that we could park in the garage underneath the hotel! The room we were in had a separate living room with king size bed and bathroom up a winding stair. Very romantic and a huge space. Skylight windows that open were a nice touch We ate dinner at the Restaurant and it was very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel

  The room was beautiful and spacious, impecably clean. Breakfast was great. A step up from standard german hotel breakfast but without anything hot. Staff were friendly especially with our kids. Common cold drink freezer with local beer including smoked (plus chocolate and nuts, all for a resonable price). After hour checkin was very simple but make sure you get the instuction from the hotel on where to go after 7pm to get in. An - The staff is very friendly and breakfast is well worth the cost. The hotel is exceptionally bright and clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. Felt luxurious at a fairly bargain price. Bamberg is a magical city! Skip Rothenberg and visit Bamberg instead. You won't be disappointed!

  We found the ladies on reception duties to be extra helpful. As the hotel would be full the following night, when we wished to extend our stay, one booked a room in a nearby hotel for us.   I loved the softness of the beds. That is something hard to find in Europe. We loved that there was an elevator to cart all our stuff up to the room. And the breakfast was great. - the staff was great. they helped my every need and my kids. Your hotel was very close to place I needed to attend and the bowling center was great.

  Ibis hotels are always comfortable and clean. This one was particularly helpful because we had a load of dirty washing and they directed us to a nearby laundry. It is located right in the heart of the charming city and has every convenience. the host added several really nice touches like having beer, water, and milk available for purchase in the hallway.
