The friendliness of the staff and the swimming pool. The rooms were nicely decorated with very comfortable beds. Especially suited for a stay with spa/beauty/health treatment. Excellent shower. The smell in the entrance....it was a bit damp?. Hotel for us not suitable for leisure stay. We hardly saw any staff at reception and only had a hastly welcome. There is no bar area to have a drink and meet other guests. It is hard to reach the hotel despite the use of a routeplanner. Sleepy, aloof atmosphere.
