  Very chic hotel with fancy decoration - only paid 105 € a night for a single room in august 2008 - quite cheap - chic area with nice boutiques and restaurant plus near to Alster Lake - Gorgeous view from our room over the breakfast patio. Quiet at night, amazing location on the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and always answered yes (... o que as pessoas dizem » with a smile) to our tentative "Sprechen Sie Englisch?".

  Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was wi-fi available and they served a varied and good breakfast, which was included in the price. Room was small, but comfy, with street view. They've cleaned and arranged the room every day.   The rooms were of a good size, very clean, cozy and comfy beds. Only 5 mins walk from the train station which took you into the city center in about 10 mins. - Good rooms. Good breakfast.
