A localização é excelente. Dentro do Centro Histórico. - A very comfortable room in a very attractive hotel. Right in the centreof the tourist area, parking was easy too. - Friendly staff/owners. Room beautifully decorated as were the public rooms. Breakfast good.

Hotel was very quaint. We were told that it was built in the 16th
century. Great location, just far enough away to walk to bars and
restaurants but just far enough away from the noise, however there is
still some noise when people were heading home. We stayed for one night

The location of the Comtes de Champagne is perfect for exploring the centre of Troyes. This was an unexpected pleasure and we spent hours wandering through the little winding streets.
We were pleased that the hotel provided secure parking.
The hotel is very atmospheric, with many interesting features which reflect its history.
Breakfast was plentiful and efficiently served.
Bathroom and bedding were clean

My partner and I chose to stay overnight at this hotel for its restaurant Le Royal. In the Michelin app it is listed as 'Traditionnel, Classique'. And that's exactly what it is. Good gourmet food for a very reasonable price; a three-course menu for under €30 is excellent value including a cheese trolley and/or dessert trolley!

Superb hotel, right in the centre of town. The room we had was the family room as it was the only one left at the time of booking. It would be ideal for a family with 2 children upto the age of about 8 at the max, as there is a small single bed and a coy suitable for a little one upto about 3 in a seperate room off the main bed room. Brilliant room, spacious, bright, clean, tastefully decorated, separate room for the kids (full of toys), really amazing. The hotel is a beautiful old building, truly a 5 minute walk from the old centre of Troyes. Fantastic staff, good generous breakfast in our room and included, free parking, free wifi (though signal weak on the top floor, there are 'chill out' spaces on every landing to sit and check email at). fireplaces in every room, feels like you're in a small castle. Giant
clawfoot bath in room 1 is amazing, can't help feeling like a queen.

Great little studio apartment close to the train station and easy to find. The apartment itself had everything that we needed: fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a great shower and a separate toilet, very comfortable futon bed (more comfortable than some beds) and laundry facilities.
