This is the second time that we have stayed at La Roseraie and we enjoyed it as much as last year. Our room (23) was spacious and clean, bathroom was also spacious. Not only is Hotel La Roseraie perfectly located to easily walk to the Chateau Chenonceau, the hotel is intimate, charming, and comfortable. Sabine was especially friendly and helpful. And the restaurant was delicious. I would recommend it as a base to explore the Loire Valley by car (free off-street parking is included). And the price provided great value. -
T Hotel La Roeraie was within easy walking distance of Chenonceau
Castle. The hotel was lovely in a lassie French way. We the dinner at
the homeland the food was excellent. The hotel has a lovely courtyard
with tables -- I would have loved to linger there or drinks but did not
have time. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I hope to stay
there again.

I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful, the room well appointed if a bit on the small side, the hotel itself charming, and the food, though a trifle expensive, was amazing and beautifully served. The staff were attentive, friendly, helpful and spoke excellent english. Unfortunately I only had time to have 1 dinner at the restaurant and it was magnificent - worthy of the visit by itself. The breakfasts were sumptuous too, especially the option of a cooked breakfast rather than the staples of bread, meats and cheese.

This is a lovely house in a pretty village, near the castles along the rivers Cher and Loire. The room we got was beautifully decorated and had a private terrace for our use. The breakfast was taken in a cosy, sunny room with double doors leading out to the garden.We were treated with fresh orange juice and home made jams, youghurt and different kinds of bread.
