everywhere you look. Gwendoline and Philipe are fastidious and generous;

We had amazing time at B&B Dochavert. Location is perfect, only 10-minute walk to the old city and restaurants.
This is a very beautiful B&B, hosts are the nicest people. They met us with champagne and snacks. Gweni was very helpful, she recommended few great restaurants in Carcassonne along with other beautiful places to visit while we were in Languedoc.
The property is gorgeous with beautiful views of the castle and countryside. We had great breakfast with the most marvelous variety

Nice little B&B really close to the old city of Carcassonne and about a 10 minute walk over the bridge into the new town. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Room was clean, well decorated and larger than expected. Owners very friendly too.

We had the benefit of the ground floor room which has a door into the
small courtyard garden which was perfect for a quiet glass of wine after
a heavy day sightseeing. On the first night we drank out of the bathroom

Excellent chambre d'hôte in the centre of La Cité Médievale de Carcassonne, a few steps from the ancient Basilica of St Nazaire and the old walls and gateways. Lovely spacious room with excellent, much needed air conditioning - the temperature during the day in the cité was mid-30s. The hotel room is big. The design of the room is simple and natural.
We can take bath and shower in the room which is very comfortable as we feel tired after whole day trip.

is a very nice place and although it depends on the tastes we have found it lovely with a beautiful alternative in the sense that the rooms and the place itself is organized in the way you envisioned in the 50s could be the future. shame we could not try the restaurant seemed a little Naiff and perhaps for this very tempting

We loved the gardens and swimming pool area. Also the owners were so friendly and helpful! they learned we were leaving early the next morning before breakfast was due to be served, instantly offered to make us a tray so that we would have something in the morning and had a taxi booked for us as well! so nice and friendly! really helpful too with

La Villa B&B was wonderful. Madame Flo and Jean-Michel were very helpful and friendly. Patient with my attempt at the French language, but conversed well with my partner who's French is far better than mine. We stayed in two different room and both were spotlessly clean and tidy, with a lot of thought going in to the decor and design. fabulous breakfasts!

I love being in the medieval city and staying in sort of medieval dwelling though it has all comfort you can expect from the building like this. It's like being back to Middle Ages but with modern time features such as bathroom. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy breakfast (had to leave early), but ther are no doubts that eating breakfast in the small courtyard add something to overall experience. The owners Isabel and Nicolas were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and part of the family. The attention to detail was exceptional and the breakfasts were something else - everything was home made and delicious.

Staying at Roland's place because it was so welcoming and the surroundings so pleasant We were encouraged to feel very much at home and one day Roland made us afternoon tea, and as usual presented us with a lovely box of every kind of tea that we could want. The staff was very kindly. They were just like a mam and dad. Everything
we asked, they do it. The make warm in the microwave our food we bought
in the supermarket. The bed and breakfast was very beautiful and
romantic. The swimming pool was very clean and we could use it when we
want. On two minutes walk, there is a bus who is going to the center for
only 1 euro. We would recommend this bed and breakfast on everyone!
