Hotel was fine and located close to the main shopping/restaurant areas which is the main reason I believe you would stay here - especially for us with a 6mth old we didn't want to have to load up the car everytime we wanted to fo anywhere.
We've stayed in many hotels/motels and thought that this hotel was a little pricey compared to other options

The unit was well appointed had everything we required. The proximity to the city centre was great. Parking onsite was appreciated. The speed of check in and check out was really fast. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful real country hospitality. The supplied items was extensive not that I needed it but the fact that laundry powder was supplied was pretty impressive.

It was fabulous to discover it was only a two minute walk around the corner to the Regent's Theatre. Perfect when we went to Melbourne to see King Kong. So, so very close to so many cafes for breakfast, lunch and coffee. A very central location to hop on a tram to go anywhere and only one or two stops to the CBD shops and mall! Yes!

From the moment we walked in the door the experience was friendly. So nice to have excellent costumer service and treated like a person. The appartment was very spacious, modern and very clean. We are heading to melbourne this weekend and hope to stay again.

Great location for my purposes. Good on site parking at reasonable rates. Rooms are comfortable and nicely re-furbished.
This is a comfortable value for money hotel with good access to Prahran eateries and very conveniently located on St Kilda Road which makes it very easy to tram in and out of town.

We loved the bed. It was so comfortable, the best bed we have ever slept in.
The staff were very helpful and polite.

Location was ideal for our purposes. We were not met on our late arrival despite prior notice to this effect although the Manager was obviously keeping an eye out for us from his residence because he did eventually appear. I should not comment on the facilities as both 1 night stays were just that and little time was spent there. -

Our 2 bedroom apartment represented really good value compared to others in the same price range. Spacious bedrooms with 3 single beds for the kids - no need to worry about bunks! Very clean & well equipped for cooking etc.. It's so nice to finally find decent sized coffee mugs supplied too (the little things are important!). Helpful, friendly staff - a great family stay! Oh.. And free wi-if that actually worked!! ;)

We were staying overnight en route to a convention so accommodation was very convenient. Upgraded as it was my husband's birthday which was lovely. Excellent gym and pool facilities for early morning fitness. Evening snack meal great too. Would stay again if passing through with little time to go into city. Also saved on expensive transfer in and out of city which is worth factoring into the equation of overall cost.

We really like the location of the hotel and the ease at which you can connect to many of the city's attractions via walking or using the other transportation services available. The hotel was very trendy, with unique artwork hung everywhere and anywhere. Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets. Perfect location to access the city for shopping, entertainment ,
sightseeing etc. Circle tram is great as it takes you close to nearly
any point of the cbd that you need/want to visit. Harbour town for
shopping and food, as well as the restaurants. Late check in was easy
with the pin number drop box for our keys. Staff were great. -
