Whole stay excellent. Receptionist Jesse was most helpful, facilities clean and well appointed, loved the pool and spar .Close to Woolwoths for supplies, I would stay there again

I'm not sure why this place has received quite a few bad reviews, when I have nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and very attentive, and helped us out with using the washing machine and fixing a window. The room had very good air con and foxtel, and a pretty decent kitchen. It was a great stay and we definitely got more than what we paid for. Please stop being fussy and complaining about small minute things. This is the best you will get considering the price, and in saying that it is still a very nice apartment.

The guys running Tribeca couldn't have been more helpful. Apartment was spacious and had all the facilities you could wish for.

Was very happy with the stay. Check in was easy even though I was outside of office hours. The place was very clean. The "gym" is a bit dodgy! I would certainly stay there again at the rate I paid.

Bed was very comfy, tv channels were awesome, free parking is great, full kitchen is a real benefit and really cheap! Great value for money

I need to stress this is an apartment building not a "hotel" no reception for the majority of Saturday and the whole Sunday. We were checking out on Sunday and wanted an extra hour to check out however as there was no reception we couldn't organise one and at 1001am there was a knock on our door asking for the keys back...

Very well located walking distance to city and within short taxi ride to all events we attended. Great to have 2 bed apartment with separate rooms and bathrooms.

There were 4 remotes for only 2 appliances - not sure where the DVD and radio had gone?

There was a pair of underwear underneath our bed. Looked like it had been there for a while as it had dust build up on it. Pretty disgusting!!

Spacious Room. Very Clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped for making simple meals. Gym small but useful. Pool area amazing! Location was great! Asian supermarket, cafes, pizza shop, 7-11 across the road, and a full supermarket and the CBD (shops, train station) a close 5-10 minute walk away. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Can be some noise from the pub(s) and also an ambulance station down the street. was only really noticeable with the windows/balcony doors open. Gym only accessible 7am - 9pm which was a touch annoying when I was working late and missed it.

The car sports for rental residents/ vistors are too few. We have to circle the car park and one night have to park on a restricted spot.

Loved the affordability for such a clean and modern apartment with all the neccesary facilities . Almost like a home away from home. Very convenient location. Such a pleasant place to stay at such affordable rates . I would definitely be returning in future and recommending to friends and family .

My only gripe is the bathroom needs a fan exhaust coz the steam and heat in their whilst having a shower is uncomfortable. And there is not enough hotel guest parking spots available , we had to park out in the visitors bay coz only reserved bays were empty .

I thought the price was excellent considering the standard of rooms given. The room I stayed in was lovely, very spacious clean and comfortable, my son and I enjoyed it very much. I would like to stay again. Location was great and easy to find.

The facilities were good but the opening times could be extended and an expansion would do a world of good as not many people could use the facilities at any given time. Extra standards could help also, eg. tissues in the rooms, a vaccum and access to extra towels etc.

It was very close to the royal Brisbane hospital. Easy access to secure parking was great

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Free secured parking a plus. Walking distance to where I needed to go. Lots of restaurants and pubs in walking distance for evening meals. Kitchen facilities were good

Air conditioning was noisy. Luckily I didn't need to use it while I was there as the weather was kind.

I had to open windows to let air in, couldnt use air con, too noisy, didnt get any sleep first night, so didnt use it again.. Opening windows wouldnt be so bad if there were screens on them..

Room and facilities was very comfortable as we needed to have a self contained room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The night view was awesome.

2 bedroom apartment had great living space and balcony. Staff most helpful during booking process and also on phone over weekend when office closed. Alliance Hotel right across the road served fabulous meals, friendly staff and lovely refurbished old pub. Also the little pizza joint was great too,cheap. 7/11 also next to that as well. Good vehicle parking access and great for getting from city around town and to airport. would definitely stay there again if apartment stay required.

need to pay extra for daily service which is great but when we did they only serviced one bedroom! Internet was unstable, frustrating and had to apply for refund on the prepayment of 3 days.

Friendly & extremely helpful staff, facilities very good and comfortable. Nice to sit out on the balcony at breakfast and evening. Near to restaurants including take-away. Pub across the road was a bit noisy but did not really affect us. Food there was excellent. 20 minute stroll into centre of Brisbane, slightly less to waterfront. A great place to stay.

Nice apartment close to the city. The room was a good size with everything you needed . The lady and gentleman who checked me in were both great, very friendly and helpful. Also had pay tv which was good.

Oven didn't work in the kitchen and the shower hose was split. Other than that it was a nice stay and would return here no worries.

The hotel security and front desk staff were great. The laundry in the apartment was helpful and convenient. The free parking was appreciated.

The bed felt like the springs are poking through and was incredibly uncomfortable.
