Room was good size and bathroom nice and clean. It was quiet and handy to where we wanted to go. Magazines to read were a nice touch. Breakfasts were well priced. Staff very friendly and helpful, even leant us an umbrella when it was raining. Absolutely loved it and have already booked again. The staff were lovely, the room spacious, clean and so so comfortable. Great location too ! This one will defintley be our 'Brisbane' home on our visits from Perth. Totally recommend 10/10.

Plenty of great eateries in vicinty (I believe restaurant is good, but didn't get to dine there) Quiet, comfortable room and exceptionally spacious. Courteous Reception & Cleaning Staff. Impressed at the high standard of cleanliness of the room & bathroom facilities. Had the best sleep ever! Wld love to book again. Staff was very helpful, packaged up a jacket I forgot and mailed it back to the us. Really nice rooms, space to work, relax, rest. I'd definitely stay there again. Excellent location. The closeness to airport and the conveniences of the apt. The room was clean and spacious, with a shower and bath. Area was great and the breakfast superb. Good size room and clean when we arrived. Good location. Staff friendly. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable but that is being very picky. Absolutely nothing !!!!. Everything was fine. The fact that I forgot to put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on the door as I did not see it on the inside & staff knocked & opened door. It was funny & embarrassing, but all good!. Entrance to car park is a bit tight and poor signage when you are in it. Pool didn,t look inviting. There was no shuttle and food at the restaurant was quite expensive. We were coming in from overseas and had 2 large cases that we had to lug up 2 flights of stairs with no assistance as there was no lift. We stayed for 3 nights over a w/e and our room wasn't serviced. They said at the rate we had through letsbookhotel.com we didn't get the room serviced and it was in the small print...it definitely did NOT mention this on our booking info. I was disappointed. They did give us clean towels when we asked and emptied our garbage bin. Not what I expect of a supposedly 4 star motel. Also they did not have a lift. Pool not inviting. Would not go back, plenty more to choose from in Brisbane. Staff could have been more knowledgeable of the local area.
