Loud, disrespectful guests. Kitchen was left in a complete mess by other backpackers, left for staff to clear up - disgusting! Not much in the way of facilities.

The Irish guy at the reception on check in seemed intoxicated.
I booked in a double bedder air conditioned room, but I was put in a room with a non-working air conditioner and it was hot.
Later, I was put in another with the whole floor air conditioned, but the air conditioning was either hardly switched on or it was only on 'FAN'. It was hot !!!.
being locked out on Saturday night after I was told that someone would be there 24 hours and had to wait outside for 45 mins.also our room smelt like urine which wasn't very nice.
