For a budget hotel the inclusions in the room were excellent. Was impressed that there was more than one little milk for coffee etc. there was actually about 10 and not just one shampoo etc. the rooms were spacious and well appointed again for a budget hotel. the owners tried really hard to make the place value for money. Money was not an issue with us as we needed the location to pick up a new car the next day but the whole experience was pleasant.

Everything in the room functioned too. Quiet enough for a city location and free off-street parking. Very easy to find. Perfect if you have an early morning flight out from the airport!. When I arrived the friendly owner offered to carry my bags from the car park to my room. The room was perfect size, clean, comfy, quiet, and well equipped. Close to restaurants, close to airport, easy to find! Had breakfast delivered by room service first thing everything was lovely. I will definitely stay here again. Stayed at the hotel twice a week apart for travel convenience as near to airport. Dale & Marlene the proprietors were very friendly & helpful & it is not difficult to see why they get repeat business. I would certainly use again. Despite it's age it had a good feel to it and room[s] quite large. Close to very pleasant walking distance restaurant/pub strip. Lovely friendly, helpful managers. Undercover parking. The historic Old Mill building close by burnt down at 2am - but hardly the fault of the establishment. Considering i stayed in the CBD the weekend prior for the same price as i paid for Albion Manor. Nothing. We kept hearing noise from either the office or the water pipes and had to turn on the air-con to drown it out. It was dated and needs an overhaul.
