You can walk to the piers from this hotel, its .8 miles away so not bad
at all. I suggest parking in the lot across the street from this hotel,
its $27 a day as opposed to $50 for Hilton parking (although it isnt the
prettiest). -

Clean, comfortable and relaxed. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Welcoming happy half-hour every night. - Good value for the money when booked through LetsBookHotel.com (25% off when compared with direct booking with the hotel!) Friendly staff and clean rooms, but don't expect fireworks.

We love the beautiful center of the hotel with the hanging lights and water element. Also the location is right across from the Ferry Building so there is lots to do & see. Room service food was delicious. We had a balcony room and loved the view. -

We had a wonderful stay with our family- the rooms are bit cramp, but we
knew this. We wanted to stay near union square and that we did. We were
able to really enjoy everything in walking distance. We would return
again. We normally stay around the corner but after such a lovely stay
at The Sir Frances Drake, we would definiltey stay there again.

The location is excellent! I visited for an event at the Moscone centreand the location couldn't have been more ideal. The exhibition centrewas just a short walk away, all the shops were close too, aswell asChina Town and the Northern Quarter! The hotel is also right on the tramroute. I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. Overall a very pleasant stay with close proximity to shops and public transport. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls. She was professional, friendly and efficient and made sure we got a room without an interleding door as well as a breathtaking bay view!
