I like the friendly service I got when we first arrived. First impression was awesome! Room was very nice as well!

People upstairs had their child running the halls waking us up at 2am. Can't help the outsiders if they don't have any common courtesy I guess.

Great location and good size rooms.

House keeping was a bit hit and miss, one day we arrived back at 3pm and room was still not done and didnt end up getting our bed changed.

They had amazing rates, and they included wifi & breakfast!! The customer service was GREAT!!! No complains. Every1 was so nice. Definetely made my first time in San Diego a great one!! The heated pool was a plus!!! :)

The location to the zoo and Old Town was a perfect match for our trip.

central location made everything very accessible, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful.

It was difficult to get breakfast due to the crowds and the layout of the breakfast room. I also didn't like the parking situation. You had to either park on the street that was full of U-Hauls, or pay $10 to park in a small covered parking that was difficult to maneuver, or park outside.

Very close to Mission bay, old town and SeaWorld, Staff is friendly, breakfast is really nice, small swimming pool is nice to relax in summer. Room is cozy, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are cozy, timely replacement of toiletries, a very nice pool and hot tub, free coffee at the reception, there is Landry on the lower floor. Acceptable price for such a room.

Breakfast was probably good, but all the seats were always busy, a lot of people, and no order. Perhaps that is why many people took to the rooms full plate of food that fell on the road, rolled into all of this was on the floor. After breakfast it was dirty to the hotel corridors.

I liked the free breakfast and the vicinity to Sea World the Malland to the freeway.

The lines for the free breakfast were outrageous. Longer than most lines at Sea World. But it was free so what more can you expect.

It was an economical place to sleep, completely adequate.

We really liked the size of the room. It was relatively quiet and comfortable. Everything was up to our expectations and we will definately stay here again.

The breakfast wasn't all that impressive and the space was small. Also...paying for parking isn't a plus and the spots are tight fitting.

Nice to stay where they made you feel as if you were at home. My family had a good stay.. When ever anything was needed the Staff tended quickly.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and sweet! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect.

The continental breakfast are was a bit small. Other than that I had no complaints.

The sofa bed was a super single sized. There were warm and hot pools outdoor. Pay-washing machines and dryer were available though only 2 sets. Tour brochures and coffee was available at the lobby

Breakfast on a weekday was not good (just bread and mashed potatoes and waffles), on weekend they had sausages and scrambled eggs. The hairdryer was noisy and it wasn't located in the bathroom. The location was not assessible to anywhere else on foot as it was located beside the highway. Shuttle services provided to the zoo and seaworld were not free. No other amenities ie supermarket nearby.

Convenience of business center. Location to airport, and ease of lobby to hotel room. Rooms were spacious for our family, everyone was able to relax. Price was right for the amount of people we were traveling with. Overall it was a good value for the money. We would stay again.

Guest Service Agent at check in was not too friendly. Check out agent was helpful and gracious. breakfast area floors under tables near entrance was dirty. floors and walls in hotel rooms seems thin you can hear the guests walking above and talking. 1 Elevator in lobby area that was a bit small.

The room and décor was very nice

Didn't bring us more towels the next day. Staff put us on hold for 10 minutes when we called front desk. Staff that was supposed to bring us rollaway bed just brought us sheets and no bed. We had to call front desk again to bring it as he didn't understand English.

The In was at the end of a cul-du-sac so we didn't have a lot of traffic. The water pressure was good. The pool was also nice and the area around it clean.

The breakfast was a joke. The room had little things that needed to be fixed like the bathroom door that would not shut unless you lifted the door. The room didn't seem very clean either. The toilet seat was dirty and the window still had a lot of dust on it. The hotel lacked care for detail!

Loved the stay!! The only con was 1 hour before checkout some one was pounding on the door asking what time are we leaving?! Not very hospitable!

The front desk staff they where no helpful at all.I wait for 1 hour to check in and they didn't offer me nothing. A couple came after me there room was not ready and the offer them the pool wile they wait.i would not recommend it .breakfast was bad too it's a really small place for a lot of people

I liked that it was close to sea world. I also liked that it was a clean motel.

I didn't like that I had to pay for parking. I also was irritated with the breakfast situation-the waffle maker took forever to make my waffle and then they lock the door to the breakfast room right at the end of breakfast time. It was hard to carry breakfast items and get through the door.
