Everything was great!! The room was very nice...clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a shuttle ride to the casino and picked up exactly at the prearranged time to come back to hotel. The breakfast was okay

Located close to the airport, regular shuttle bus to and from the airport, helpful friendly staff, lovely greeting from Mary on my arrival. I participated in a conference at Penn State University.I was out the door ar 8am and coming back after 9 pm. I didn't have much time to take advantages of facilities. I liked the location, it was walking distance from Alumni building.I liked the fact that I could open the window to get fresh air and hearthe birds in the morning.

Location, on the gps- does not take you directly to hotel.. Loved the

The staff was very friendly! I had reserved the room as a "crash
pad" after a Steelers game. The big draw for me was it's
proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle was very convenient and
the driver was courteous (especially for 4:00 am). My room was clean
and spacious. -

Old building but hotel has been refurbished superbly. Very nice
bathroom. We were impressed with the large tv, full coffee machine,
large drinks fridge, and a microwave which we've never seen in a
hotel before. Location is excellent to attractions and cafes and
restaurants. Parking right across the street and discounted once
validated by the hotel

Susan on the front desk at night and Natasha on the front desk during
the day. I lost my iphone at a tourist site. A person at site returned
the phone to Rodeway Inn when Natasha was on duty. She accepted it and
put it away. Susan answered when my friend rang the cell phone. This
meant I was able to establish where it was and collect it. I was so very
pleased! Thank you gals! BBFs!
