The bed and the shower was excellent. Breakfas - Excellent location. Great to have breakfast included in the price-cereal/pancakes/toast/fruit/bacon/eggs/waffles. Would definitely stay again. Beds very very comfortable. Stayed for 5 nights including Saturday. Was very quiet every night except saturday it was busier in the restaurants underneath and a little noisy. We slept through it but if you area a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. The view of the street is lovely though so we kept our street-facibg room and the other nights wer

  This property is excellent. It consists of all suites which is perfect for couples or families. The building is beautiful itself and has great views from the rooms. The room has a very nice layout with very nice furnishing which consists of a pull out couch and a very comfortable bed. The towels are plush and soft. The location is just steps from Fanueill and Quincy Halls. - Great Location and wonderful for longer term (more than a couple of days) stay. Roomy spacious, lots to do close by. Unique location (Historical building) It would be very helpful if the staff provided a map of the area, some local restaurants, and places like convenience stores and drugstores near by. Since the place is really designed for long-term stay, these sorts of things are important.

  The location was excellent, easily walkable to loads of super places around Boston. Didn't have a car so couldn't comment on the parking, but would book if possible as there was very little space nearby. Was greeted warmly by the friendly staff. For the location you'd be hard pressed to find another hotel for anywhere near this sort of price (double - It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.
