  Very comfortable and clean room - Staff was very helpful and nice. They were very responsive to our questions and quick to provide service when asked for. Hotel was conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do.

The staff (all) were very helpful, even if it took time to get an anwer, which was never long. I was professionally taken care of (my booking) with such short notice. We arrived on the 13th of aug,2013, which was my daughter's birthday, and in a twinkle of an eye, a birthday cake and merry party surfaced!, and that marked the beginning of a stay marked by high standard of service. iam fairly travelled, but i must say that in terms of service delivery savoy crest is ahead of the pack of the hotels that i have ever stayed in Europe

I worked in travel for 22 years at Ansett and Qantas and Jetset . so it takes alot to impress me but this did . As it was not the fault of the hotel . Breakfasts were great . I liked that my omellettes were cooked freshly.It was peaceful

  The hotel is in a good area close to airport. There is a nice roof top pool that allows sun all day, not blocked out like some pools with high rise buildings.   miła obsługa , duży i czysty apartament , dobre wyposażenie kuchni . - roomservice... they are really excellent staff. i mean the restaurant.. cleaning... - it was cheaper cause we could accually cook by ourselves and it saved us lots of money, and we could also wash our clothes cause they have a washer machine in the bathroom
