  This is a very splendid hotel indeed, comfortable, elegant and stylish. My classic double room was magnificent in every respect. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, courteous, obliging and helpful. Guest Relation Officer Jean Laolao deserves a special mention.   Very relaxing, friendly and comfortable - wuld have loved to have stayed longer however we will definitely return! - Upgraded to a suite! Service was excellent too. Lovely pool area.
