The staff were very helpful at all times and very nice pleasant people to be in the company of over Christmas. The room was lovely and very clean, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was really nice and the views from the rooms was brilliant! I would recommend the Cranleigh to everyone and I'm looking to book stay for my Mum for Mothers Day!

I couldn't fault anything & the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The food they serve was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Advice about places to go was plentiful and maps and brochures appeared out of nowhere.....we would definitely recommend staying here...it's a home from home.
