The service at the reception is amazing. They helped us look up times for boat trips, asked how our day was and even organized transportation to the airport when we left. The flat we stayed in was well decorated, nice and roomy. It was on a quite court yard and as the court yard was wide we got sunlight into the apartment. There was TV and air conditioner, an well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. The area is really nice, especially the street the building is on. Just down th.
wszystkie opinie » Location is ideal, only about 200m away from Tophane tram station. Staffs were always at their service 24hr, and would do far beyond for your comfort. The apartment is new, so brightness & cleanliness is guaranteed. We had an excellent experience staying here, my room was upgraded and received complementary local food and delights from hotel. They also made exceptions for us with Microwave and Blanket upon request. Really kind and friendly staff. They also responded to your email inquiry ve. The staff are very nice and welcoming including the very nice housekeeping lady. The area is local and safe. A grocery store with reasonable prices is directly in front of Hotel. They prepare sandwiches too, and they sell the traditional Turkish cream "Kaymak" with honey. A cafe to have breakfast is right after the hotel. Try their Turkish eggs omelet "Menemen". In front of this café is a Turkish bakery to make Pide and another one where they bake the Turkish borek. The tram is close by, the mo. This hotel is easily one of the best hotel in istanbul, I enjoyed every second of my stay there, so did my family, the staff were very very helpful, friendly and nice with us, you never feel you are a stranger with them, very clean and comfortable apartments, makes you feel that you are in your second house <3 the location exelent for transportation if you were a tourist because of the nearby tramvay station, almost every place we went to was by the help of the hotel manager, Mr Ertugrul, he. We went to Istanbul as a group of four (two couples) and found this accommodation perfect for our needs. It's only a short walk to the tram stop that takes you to all the top sights (Blue Mosque, Topkapi etc.) and at night you have plenty of choice of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The flat itself is clean and modern & equipped with everything you need, the staff is very friendly. Considering what you get for the price, I'd say it's extremely good value for money. Everything is wonderful! Especially the enthusiasm stuffs! This is the worthiest hotel I've ever lived! The big room, the small kitchen, the beautiful view from the balcony, everything is great!! I really really recommend people to choose this hotel! Maybe in some area of the room, the internet signal is not good, especially on 4th floor, there is only one room nearly without internet. But actually it is already better than most other hotels because they only have internet in lobby. It was a great accommodation with a great price. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Location is fine, just less than 10 min walking away from tram, galata tower and istiklal street which is the most beautiful street in Istanbul. The building is new and cleaning is perfect. The price is excellent and it is convenient that they are having connected rooms. The owners are nice and if you ask for their advice on restaurants etc. will help you. All the staff was very nice and so helpful. The location is good as it's close to Kabatas, Karakoy and Taksim and the area is not that touristic. The little teras in our room was a lovely surprise. However, if it happens few times, i would rather wait the signal to go back on than going down and up for this. Direction to Hotel is very limitted. To be honest, not everything is great. You can hear the street noise if your room is located in the front. Nothing, I liked every single thing while staying here! Although there are some internet problems. At the moment they are having some problems a guess with the taxes, so they are working incognito. It was a bit strange to come there and see that the main entry is sealed, so we had to enter the hotel through the window. This may scare some people, for us it was not a big deal. The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear other guests quite loudly. the insonorisation was not that good (you can hear the sounds in the stairs and elevator) but after a day walking in the city, we just slept without hearing anything :). Everything was perfect!. no good isolation between floors we heard the visiter up by every step they move or water use. Poor internet. Nothing to dislike. the two rooms has one entrance. example. if someone wants to go to the second room he has to come through first room, which is disturbing especially when persons in the first room are sleeping. but both rooms has their separate bathrooms. Nothing. poor internet. Hotel did not have a sign on the door, which made it a little difficult to find. Nothing. Noting / every thing is good.
