Everything about that hotel is just perfect. One of the best hotels Ihave stayed in for almost 10 years of my traveling worldwide - Great hotel - everything was simply great. Perfect location, beautiful room and friendly staff. Will definately stay again!

The location is fantastic - heaps of resturants, shopping, 5 mins from BTS, 10 mins from MTR. Away from main road so not noisy. Great staff - we had trouble with our Bank holding our credit card (apparently didn't like us being in credit of all things!) but the hotel still let us into our room and were very happy to wait until the Bank sorted out

The stuff are very friendly and helpful and give you the best service. And it´s very silent and peaceful inside the hotel.

I was staying with my friend for 2 days and we are very happy with our choice. The hotel was modern and very clean, the rooms looked exactly as they did in the website pictures -which is not often the case. We felt the hotel rooms and amenties were to the standard of a 5 star hotel and had every thing we required.

the location is perfect, close to almost anywhere you want to go in Bangkok. Near the BTS (Bangkok Transport System).
They also serve free drink at the lobby, so refreshing after a long day in the hot city of Bangkok!

Loved it, the staff where great and I thought it was very well priced for a 5 star hotel, the fact in was two separate buildings didn't worry me at all... would recommend it to everyone - The staff are so helpful they really made our stay, the hotel is very nicely decorated, clean etc but it was the service that would make me want to go back.

It's second time we stayed here, and next time i will be in Bangkok, it will be my hotel.
So, near BTS and MRT station, big rooms, it has kitchen, laundry machine, big bathroom, everything is clean, quiet place, excellent service, friendly "good speaking english" staff, pool on the roof with clean water, gym, sauna. -

As this is my sixth stay at this hotel in last two months that should say everything ! Everything is as I want it and this will continue to be my preferred residence in Bangkok - Excellent, spacious well eqipped rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast. I feel like I am at home. My kid spoiled the bed sheets twice by spilling juice on them the same day, however the staff was courteous to replace them without any extra cost. Though later they requested a charge should it happen the third time. That was really nice of them.
