Close to the road markets, the BTS skytrain and Zen and Big C shopping centers.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to all restaurants, shopping malls i.e. Platinum Mall, Pratunam Market, Siam Discovery, etc is within walking distance.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Breakfast was fabulous, a good spread.

We booked a suite for our family of four and were entitled to use the
premium lounge. Service staff were excellent, always attentive, helpful
and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was a wide selection which helped

Location is excellent for those who love shopping. Platinum Mall, Centralworld, big c and patnip plaza are all 5 min walk distance. At night, there are plenty of food stalls in the vicinity so we never went hungry. In all, will stay here again for my next visit to Bangkok.

I like the location of this hotel, just 0.2KM away from the Platinum Mall, where my friends and I did all our shoppings. Wifi is also quite fast but it's just limited only for 2 persons per room, we are 3. So 1 of us sacrificed not to use wifi, as we need to pay extra for another wifi passcode. We also tried the thai oil massage and it's awesome, a must-try after shopping, the cost is 740baht per person. I will definitely go back on my next Bangkok visit.

I like that is so close to the City train connection to the airport. It
is so ideal if you really want to go shopping because it's so close
to Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. The room is very clean and the bed
is so comfortable. The space of the room is just right. The personnel

The Service was Impeccable, i couldn't fault any of the staff in their manner and customer service. Especially the concierge, she went to amazing lengths to make sure that i could travel to and from the hotel safely and economically. The staff were wonderful - always kind, friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in the lobby for the morning while we went off shopping until it was time to leave for the airport. When we went to Phuket for a week, we were told we could leave extra luggage at the hotel while we were away. We loved the fact that the buffet breakfast was included in the deal. Other advantages were that the hotel is very close to Ratchaparop Station which is on the City Line Sky Train Route taking

The greatest forte of this hotel is its location. The hotel is situated in a chic area with numerous fine restaurants and it is just 5-7 min walk from/to Chi Lom BTS as well as the Skywalk (overground passageway) connecting all the major shopping malls in the area.
Our studio (rather than a room) was cozy and clean with a well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff was friendly but nothing special.
