Room smelt a bit mouldy or musty? Hotel was undergoing renovations whilst we stayed so construction work was noisy & not good for relaxing away from busy Bangkok streets or if u wanted a sleep in.

The location is perfect. I actually expected the hotel to be noisy due to its location, but it was not. The only noise heard was from the clods at night who can't seem to close a door without slamming it shut. The hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating.

Room is a bit small but very comfort and very clean. Easy access to sky train (Asoke station), underground train (Sukhumvit station), department store, shops and restaurants near by.
My room is on the 3rd floor and facing street, it is noisy during the night as there is a night bar downstairs.

This was recommended by my cousin and boy was he right. Key positives include: very cordial staff, english speaking, the place is extremely clean and modern. Best of all it is very centrally located and there is no other hotel where the tube station exit is at its doorstep. The rooms were very quiet during the night. I would personally make sure i stay there whenever i go to BKK. For those who bank with Citi, well, there is a Citi branch right next door too. P.S. one of the days it was raining heavily while we were travelling back in the tube...thanks to the exit being at the hotel's doorstep, we literally didnt have a single drop of water on us.
The only negative is that the internet signals were quite weak in the rooms but they had alot of network options to choose from so you had to keep searching for new network if the one that u r using fails.
It is very well located in sukumvit avenue / in front of Asok skytrain. Bangkok is a busy city and traffic jams are crazy. Best way to tour the city will be by skytrain making this hotel a very interesting option. Put aside the swimming pool and some non necessary facilities. This one will make it out. Breakfast is more than sufficient. No street noise (6th floor).
Room size can be a little small if with many bags and it doesnt allow for an extra bed. Toilet sliding door....it may be a little bit uncomfortable if you expect privacy while in the toilet....nevertheless, Value for money!

Arrived by BTS, walked over the skypass then down some steps, turn left and was greeted at the front door! Booking-in was fast, the lift was swift and the room fantastic with a nice city view from the 6th floor! Could not hear any noise from the road or BTS outside!!! Close to Terminal 21! Right beside Asoke BTS and MRT.
....that I had to leave!

To hear that I did not have to pay when I wanted to do that. They had already used my credit card. How is that possible? You state that this does not happen, that you have to pay yourself in the local currency. Explanation please???

The hotel is very nice and the rooms were very modern and spacious. The staff was excellent, always smiling and willing to assist me with any need. I did not try the restaurant since I was always out but it seem to have a lot of action, so I would presume it was good. The location was key for me and it was excellent. Next to the entrance of the BTS Skytrain and around the corner of the MRT. There is a huge and excellent mall nearby (Terminal 21) which also has diverse food options. Most of the key tourist attractions are at a distance but it easy to get to with the BTS and Boat ferry. The train for the Airport is just a stop away on the MRT, which was one of the reason I chose the area. Hotel is also close to a variety of nightlife action.
We went there just for 1 night before leaving Bangkok - very well located - friendly staff (who kept our lugage all day before we left to the airport) - breakfast was ok, not great but ok - room was spacious and well equiped - very good value - free wifi
- Located in Asok (close to the bts and malls) so it was pretty noisy but that's probably because of the central location - we had to pay 40baht for a few printings
the location is good for taking the commun transports, it's next to the metro and skyrail. the food is good too in the restaurant.
it's a bit noisy during the night, since the hotel is very close to the main road, a lot of motobikes passed in the night.

Toilet's water pressure and temperature inconsistent. Flooded when showering as water does not flow out to the floor trap. Toilet smells of sewage. No soundproofing, can hear the guests next door talking/laughing. Free wifi - Non existent
