  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa... co mówią ludzie » cious and clean. The hotel is located in the nicest part of Benidorm. Near the old town and Basque area and less than five minutes from the beach.

  Location was excellent. Short distance to Arts and Science Museum etc and the Old Town. Loads of places to eat close by. Excellent value accommodation which was modern and clean. Our party of four was met at the airport by a very friendly rep from the company who took us to check in and then on to the apartments.
